Dimitri and his crew were prompt and industrious, often working outdoors in record summer heat. The original porch removal, redesign and construction of the new expanded porch, and outdoor kitchen were an outstanding quality addition to the house. My family and friends are still impressed.

The only negative is he is so popular that I had to wait a while for him to get to me but totally worth the wait!

Dimitri and his crew replaced a rotting deck with composite material, totally redid and strengthened the substructure, and put up new cedar railing. When he came out to look at the old deck and get info for the proposal he really listened to what I wanted and didn't want. He was also super responsive and communicated well throughout the process, even going so far as to communicate on a holiday weekend to be sure he was getting the product I wanted as I had gone back-and-forth a few times on which shade of composite decking I had chosen. Just as one example of their attention to detail, as we were doing the final walk through I noticed a tiny area where two angled boards didn't fit together perfectly. I didn't say anything because honestly it was a really small thing given how big the project was. But I looked outside a few minutes later only to see Dimitri and his crew chief both pointing at that area and I heard the saw fire back up. In just a few minutes they pulled the board, remeasured, and replaced it. It was something they didn't have to do at all but it's the quality of work they expect from themselves and I think that says a lot. I am very happy with the overall product and believe I got a fair price and professionalism from all of the crew for all the work they did.
